This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Nothing about your visit is recorded, which is also why you never see a consent banner.

If you fill in the enquiry form, we collect your name, your email address, your arrival and departure dates, the number of people and your message. We use it for one thing: answering your enquiry. The legal basis is your own request. There is no newsletter, we do not pass your details to anyone else, and we do not use them for anything else.

This site is currently a free trial version. An enquiry arrives at CasaFlow, which builds the site, and not at the owners of Ca La Vida. Once the site is final, an enquiry goes straight to the owners. This page changes with it.

Your enquiry is stored in a spreadsheet operated by CasaFlow, and a message about it goes to the mailbox your answer comes from. Google is the processor for that: the data sits on Google's servers. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps the usual technical server logs.

We keep your enquiry for as long as it takes to answer it and to handle any stay that comes out of it. If no stay comes of it, your enquiry has no purpose left. If you want us to delete it, one email is enough and we will.

You can always ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, have its use restricted, or object to it. One email to sanne@casaflow.homes is enough.

If you disagree with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

While this site is a trial version, CasaFlow, a trading name of A. Agrawal, is the data controller for everything described above. Privacy questions go to sanne@casaflow.homes, where a person reads them.
